long long skirt~~

today is the first time i wear long skirt to work...and i promise to myself that this is the first time and also my last time to wear such a long skirt to work..

i hate to wear it!!!so mafan~~~ it seems i'll falling down every two steps i walk, especially when i cross the road. so dangerous. and the most mafan thing is when i go to the toilet..my skirt will get wet if i'm not careful enough. and ya.. i admit i'm that kind of rude girl... sob~~

No more long skirt in my life if possible.... unless the day i get married (wondering~~~~ is there any idiot willing to marry me.............. wakakaka~~~~)

this job actually need to be done by a 'dai shum' (aunt in Cantonese).. so cham.. but she is so lucky that in the office have such wuliao people like us who are so eager to beg for job to do..sob~~

it took more than a week to process all this papers and finally put it into the shredder.then u can estimate how many papers was wasted for documenting!!! haihz.. tat's why i always say that '读书人' are those who are most not '环保'..haiz... love the world more la..but we are still very happy playing with that.. paiseh~~

那一晚。。恐惧围绕。。。真得很可怕，这是我第一次亲眼目睹，那种感觉是那么的深刻。。。之前上课常听到 Dr. 玛丽黄常提起的“Gender Equality”。。起初有点不以为意。或许是因为没看过更没有经历过，所有天真的以为类似事件随着知识水平的提高会化为零。。

那一幕真的触动了我的心。。

“他从电单车跳下来，
奔向她。。。
他一把拉着她。。
扯着她走。。
走了好一段路。。
他狠狠地刮了她一巴掌，
痛言犹在耳。。。
他把她拖倒在地上，
无力反抗的她在地上呻吟。。。
狠心的他像在伤口上洒盐巴，
对着无助的她拳打脚踢。。

终于。。
他停下来了。。

但。。。
一切还未结束。。
当她缓缓地用剩余的力气爬起来时，
他再次把她拉起。。
拖着她穿过了小巷。。

所有的一切发生在那么一瞬间，我们不知所措也无能为力。。。

感伤原来在这先进的时代，暴力依旧围绕着我们。我们不会知道身边的每一个人到底是不是披着羊皮的狼。。真的很无奈。。

如果有那么一天，不幸的人是我，我该怎么办呢？

Actually if there is no activity for us in JKN and our boss always not in, we are quite wuliao in the office thus we must find something to enlighten our working life. Today (15 May 2007, Tuesday)… a mysterious person came for a visit. Hehe..
Due to our ‘respect’ to this mysterious person, we had our dinner at a special place..guess where??!

Nice right?? Really delicious.. We paid around RM 7 each person including the drinks… *Totally Full in Lou Wong*… hehe

After having our tasty dinner, we went to Padang Ipoh but sadly we didn’t bring along our laptop (FYI, Padang Ipoh is free wireless zone)… We just went there for a walk… I did take some crazy photo as well, but I haven save it from fun fun mui… but a bit paiseh to post such photo also, cause it will totally spoil my image though I only have little… wakaka…

time to keep fit!!

Recently my life is full with “Eat Eat Eat”… furthermore my sedentary lifestyle start again..haihzZZ

Let’s see my schedule:

0700: wake up and BREAKFAST (a cup of milo + fernleaf or biscuit or both)
0930: TEA TIME (drinks or bread or mee or even fried rice)

1300: LUNCH (usually is vege econ rice)

1530: I guess it is also a tea time but normally we din eat just sometime will curi curi makan biscuit

1930: DINNER (ooOoo…we always had our dinnet at different place to search for delicious food arpund Menglembu, sometime settle in night market also..haha)

luckily, due to our early sleep habits, supper is totally eliminated!!

Maybe you will think it is quite normal, but we haven add up if there is any event in JKN. After each event, for sure we will serve with at least free tea time. but we only work there for 2 weeks,we already get 7 free extra meal there… die….

To prevent to getting fatter and fatter, we bought a ‘hula’ in night market..wakaka… and I also decided to bring my lovely ‘St. John shoes’ to have some physical activity with yeling after work..

It has been a long time I left my little pretty daughter. Sorry ya, because I really can’t find a place to access to internet. The internet in jkn using cable slow like a turtle while wireless only can access for a day.Sob~~

Erm.well..most of you may know I am now under my industrial training. Let me briefly introduce a bit. I now trained under Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri (JKN) Perak. However our working area is in the 6th floor of the Wisma Tabung Haji. There are six of us as trainee under JKN Perak. Quite a lots hoh? So our working area is quite ‘noisy’..haha..

I work there for a week already. What had we done? Well. We all agree that we are change from a nutritionist to a designer as well as typist. Why say so? This is because JKN Perak will run a ‘Nutrition Month Program’ next month. So there are lots of work waiting for us. The first day, we are busy to make a promotion poster and survey on respondents. We had to go around JKN Perak to do our survey. FYI, the JKN old building is beside the wisma TH, thus we had to walk there under big sun. as a result, my sensitive face start to get red and peeling off. Pity. The first question that my hometown friend ask when he saw me is ‘why your face so red liao de?’ haihz.. This question really hurt me la. sob~~

Then our designer life start, we had to make 8 posters!! Later if there is chance, I’ll post all these posters here. After finish this posters, we are given a ‘baby friendly hospital’ module to type. Continuous typing and typing. It’s really irritating for people like me who are so terrible in typing. haha.. Maybe I need to gambate learning typing jo.

This is all about my working field for the first week.

A lazy person like me really lazy to travel from Kampar to Ipoh everyday. I prefer to sleep as long as possible, so I rent a house at Menglembu there with my coursemates and her sister also. My dad can’t stop shaking his head once we reach there. The place really not a very nice place to stay. Ju even said it is worse than K12 (sorry to all K12 residents). It is quite scary so I didn’t even take one photo there! yurkzZZ.. I can’t even sleep well since the first day I stay there. I wake every 2 hours I slept. So cham arh ~~~ Thus, every Friday, I’ll directly go back after work then will only back to work on Monday early morning. So, Kampar friends still able to meet me during the weekends. But, sad to say, most of my ji mui also busy grab money at different places. Haihz… so..maybe will only meet them in July later. Again.. sob~~

tmr will be mY lasT paper for this semester.. 17 days for 7 papers only..what a long exam month!!i really cant stand it.all my frens back to hometown ady.leave me alone here..what a stupid system?saturday still have exam..haihzZZ..

after exam sure be relax liao?not really..coz as a 2nd year nutrition student, we have a industry training in this coming sem break, start from 7th May..what a pack time-table.i have to pack all my things in a day cause i gonna move to ipoh..

as a result, this blog will not updated so frequent or even die till next semester due to lag TMnet line and i guess this sem break i'll quite busy even during weekend..lots of planningis waiting for me..hehe..hope evithg go smooth la..

lulala..have to go la..if not, prof khor will ask:'can u give a reason y u r on9 now instead of reading mY PKK3000?'faint~~ dun miss me so much ooOoo coz u all still can paY me a visit or in MD or Ipoh...or call me..n if u really poor enough thn mai sms me lo...haha..as long as u got heart enuf liao la~~
